A student's class schedule is non-directory information. Law enforcement authorities must provide a court order or subpoena to obtain educational records. Furthermore, the college must make a reasonable attempt to notify the student before releasing the information to authorities, unless the court order specifically forbids notification of the student.
If authorities ask for directory information, you may provide it if the student has not suppressed the information.
